OUR MISSION

Pose with Purpose is a not-for-profit Karma (selfless act) studio.  There is no fee for participation, however donations are gratefully accepted.  In this way, your Vinyasa (flow and breathe) yoga practice will enrich your mind, body, and spirit as well as, fund projects for children and adults with autistic spectrum disorders.  Hence, a twofold purpose within one beautiful practice. I am thankful for your participation and hope to see you soon.
